They have always been popular in literature and in cinema, but the world-wide success of the Twilight saga has put them under the spotlight even more. Vampires, those beings of great seduction who always have known to adapt to the new times. Long before this fashion, authors like Victoria Francés and Rebeca Saray surprised us with their vision in works like Favole. Now Norma Editorial has wanted to pay tribute to this sort and its authors, publishing its better illustrations and photographies in this spectacular new book written by Jessica Pires. Norma Editorial has released Dark Sanctuary portfolio. With the best pictures from the latest Victoria Francés book, Dark Sanctuary, Victoria Francés presents to us (a collobration with the french group Dark Sanctuary) 12 impressive new images (color and in black and white) that reflects on the fusion between music and illustartion. Dark Sanctuary 7th self titled album is a bit special in the band’s career. It is indeed the fruit of a collaboration between Dark Sanctuary and the Spanish illustrator Victoria Francés, renowned for her romantic and gothic illustrations.

Titled “Dark Sanctuary”, this collaboration between the band and the Spanish drawer Victoria Francés is available as a 48 pages book inluding the cd, on Astiberri editions (ISBN: 978-84-92769-25-4). Check your local book store for more information.
